1949 Ford Thames 300B Custom Panel Van. This Slick looking Panel Van is packing a 383CI V8 with edelbrock 4 barrel carburator, Driving down the road with a 700R4 4 speed. It has a shortened 12 bolt GM differential with a 3:73 -1 ratio. Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, Edelbrock RPM aluminum intake manifold, Headman headers with dual 2-1/2" exhaust, Craigar pro star alloy wheels, GM tilt steering column, custom painless wiring harness, VDO Guages, GM Dash, Cloth bucket seats, tinted Glass, 3" x 2" square steel tubing custom frame, Art morrison rear suspension, Mustang II front suspension and steering rack, Power disc brakes, 4 point roll bar.
This 1949 Thames Panel Van has started out with the original British Ford Thames Panel Van Body. Then disassembled and custom built with full frame, rear wheel tubbing, fender faring, upgraded suspension, power train and interior. All body panel are straight and align properly. all panel have been professionally touch. There are no signs of damages, deterioration or corrosion. This Thames van has been completely stripped, prepped and refinished professionally inside and out. The paint has been applied cleanly and evenly throughout with a great deal of detail. The Van has been finished in a two stage base clear limo green color.
All interior trim, dash, seating, paneling and flooring have been reconditioned. All of the interior has been cleanly redone. there are no signs of weathering or deterioration.
